About Project

Tamani Arts Offices is a business center owned in the area, just a few meters from the shoreline of the bay. It occupies a prominent place in the two million square foot area known as the Craft Cluster. The architecture of the complex includes a high-rise complex of three elegant rectangular buildings that are located perpendicular to each other on top of a large three-story podium. The 16-storey building has a facade made of reflective glass, and black and white decorative motifs are presented on the podium. This unique design concept was developed by British architects known as Terry Farrell & Partners. Due to its convenient location, the hotel is located on Al-Asayel Street, which connects it with Financial Centre Road.

The Business Bay area, considered the "Manhattan of the UAE," is being touted as Dubai's new trade and business hub. It is located next to the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) and just a short drive from the magnificent Dubai city center. Located along the south coast of Dubai Creek, Business Bay is home to stunning hotel, residential and commercial projects. According to the Dubai Market report for the 1st half of 2020, this is one of the most sought-after places in the city for renting and buying real estate.
